    Jones: h2h
    Ward: resume

For the guys here who have smw ATG lists who do you rank higher and why? What is the most important criteria for you?

Jones had all but 3 fights at 168 if I'm not mistaken.

Of course Ward is higher in SMW rank.

No, he had around 5. The question is how do you take his h2h ranking into account when evaluating his ranking at smw? He is the best fighter who ever fought in that division.

My mistake there, yeah 5 fights. In any case, Ward still has the better resume at 168, however that doesn't translate to a win over Jones.

Toney had a better resume at 168, but he lost lopsidedly.

Hard to say, Ward has a better resume at 168 but Roy is far ahead in h2h. At first I picked Ward but now I dont know.

    Same here.
Jones has to rank within the top 3, but in what position is the problem.

jones was 12-0 with 10 kos at 168. not a long time at the weight but it was his best weight. at his peak and at 168 jones was the most talented fighter i've ever seen.

Jones is better H2H and P4P but Ward has the better resume and is higher on the ATG list at that weight.

Roy has the overall biggest win at 168 all time in my opinion..

But wasn't there long enough or have other big wins to edge Calzaghe or Ward.. I have Jones at 3..

Jones would crush Ward in a fight and has the bigger W. Ward is lucky he is fighting in an era where there isn't a Roy Jones or anyone even close.

I'd still have Jones higher, but I can easily see an argument for Ward with his Froch, Kessler, Dawson, and Abraham scalps (among a few other smaller wins on his dossier). Jones has by far the best win with his virtual shutout of James Toney and would control Ward completely in a H2H matchup. A couple more years of virtuoso performances against the cream of the crop at SMW will push Ward ahead, though, for me. The depth of his resume against the short brilliance of Jones will be too much to overlook.

Sven Warddke doesn't own a passport so the answer is Roy.they both have glass chins and they both are using peds.Sven Ottke would beat them silly
