    @CST80 what's the ruling on @Boxing2019 ?

    Do we respect the hustle and give him points for balls thinking he could slip one by us, or is he DQ'ed for insulting Usyk's greatness with cheap plagiarism? :sherlock:

    Anthems for the co-main event now - Thai and S. Korean...

    This is for the vacant WBF Asia Pacific lightweight title.

    The last person to win this belt was Filipino world traveler Al "The Rock" Toyogon, in 2022. He is now campaigning at 140lbs, and has a fight lined up there next Friday.

    Round 1

    Sporting glove touch after the first bell. Jong shaking his shoulders to loosen up. Quick lead right snapped out by Jong. Juntarasuk quick to assemble his guard, looking a bit panicked for a moment, maybe felt a bit of the power in that shot despite it being blocked. Jong rowing out a long jab, prodding Juntarasuk in the sternum from mid-range. Huge reach and height advantage for Jong. Juntarasuk with some southpaw combos, tossing a stubby up-jab in the air and then following through with a high-climbing left cross, but he isn't able to get leverage on anything from this far out. Jong with some counter combos that stun Juntarasuk and get the crowd rowdy momentarily. Juntarasuk retreats outside, circling. Jong is reaching in on Juntarasuk with a long jab, taking 'er easy, playing pattycake, when suddenly he BELTS the crap outta Ol' Boy with a sudden wide-swinging left hook followed a nose-smashing right cross. Juntarasuk sticks his buttocks out through the middle ropes and this is one where you can tell he's KTFO before he falls.

    KO1!!!

    Jong improves to 6-2-2 (3).

    It was a very nice KO aesthetically speaking (nothing artful about the left hook, but it did its job as a watch-the-birdie punch and the right cross was magnificent), and he was giving up a ton of experience with his 10th pro bout here while Taweechai "Petchnamnung Sithsaithong" Juntarasuk had 42...but the man from Bangkok had also lost 22 of those, 14 of them by stoppage, and is eleven years Jong's senior, a 33 year old blown up bantamweight to boot. So...maybe let's temper our praise a tad. :sisi1

    MSS is the one in the mostly black trunks, with the bicep tat.

    Not sure who's "supposed" to be the A-side here. MSS is the Korean, but his record is 2-4-1 and his Chinese opponent is technically undefeated at 1-0-1.

    Neither has a shred of technique. Both are just closing their eyes and whamming each other in the face with hooks. :lol: Might not even go four.

    Nope, it didn't even go 1. :risas3:

    And undefeated no longer, is the visitor.

    MSS countered a high jab with a duck-in jab on the ribs, then backed himself into a corner while Li was still processing the body shot while drifting in with his gloves down...and MSS blasted him with an overhand right, yeeted him flat.

    This one isn't even on BoxRec, but according to Tapology they're both making their pro debut here. Although it looks to be a baby-faced teenager (Cho) against a middle aged dock worker (Kim) :lol:
