I may not be an expert, but I do know a whole lot more than ur novice ass...

BTW I dont call people ***** for disagreeing with me and I don't expect fighters to die in the ring so u need to stop making up false accusations..

First of all there have been manyy fighters with far worse cuts yet they fought through, and some of them even won...

U must be some pampered little mamas boy who runs at the first sign of blood..

What about Vitali's cut against Lewis?? That cut was a size of a ***** but he fought on... How would u explain that??

Boxing is brutal sport.. This isn't a game of ****ing ping pong.

yeah and Oscar Diaz fought until he was in a coma, and Leavander Johnson fought until he died.

I'm thinking those are the only two boxers I've seen lately who are as badass and tough as you are.

Guerrero realized that he was in for a long night so he took an easy way out.. That cut was a perfect excuse.. Simple as that.

I was very frustrated and disappointed. :verysad

I didn't mind the clinching so much at first because I thought he was playing it smart. But **** man...it was worse then Ruiz in there :-(

Bernard, Hatton, and Ruiz all were in fits saying "fight the ****er dammit!"

That fight was utter dog ****. **** Duad Yordan.

But Robert's heart was total **** too. But it's understandable I guess. If he can't see, he'll get outboxed thoroughly and lose a TD because this ****in' *** wants to make love and not get on with the war...

    **** DAUD YORDAN! :mad::fire:mad:

It's a practical decision...I mean strategically...if you know the guy is a slick boxer and some who's pretty quick on his feet. And round one was an indication that he would definitely be a bit elusive for your power, wouldn't you want to make sure there's absolutely NOTHING wrong with you that wasn't caused on accident.

I think it was clear in Robert's mind that there's no way he can win with his skill and would need his power in order to overcome this guy's abilities. But he can't ****ing see so he would miss many power shots and take many shots (most likely in the eye making the cut much worse) and by the time round 4 happens. Daud would steal it on TD because he's a ****ing *** who didn't come to fight...

Its like you said...this is a brutal sport...not wrestling.

I haven't seen the fight but you can't judge how the fighters will fare based on those one and a half round that happened. Even Marquez looked that he will be KO'ed by Diaz in the early rounds. Too early to tell. So don't conclude right away that Guerrero is losing in that fight.

That exactly what I was thinking. There are boxers that would kill to be on HBO and Guerrero let a little adversity ruin his oppurtunity to shine. :-( Lets see if Ross Greenberg gives him another shot.

Damn, you guys are harsh. Sure it was anti-climatic, and I would have loved to see Robert fight through it.. but that cut was BAD. It was through the entire eyebrow and leaking right into his eye.

If it happened later in the fight, maybe you keep fighting, but honestly.. aside from the fans feeling like getting screwed, there's too much on the line to fight at a huge disadvantage that early in the fight.

BTW, I didn't think Yordan was doing all that good, it looked like he was the one being bothered by Robert. Thus why he continued to hold so much.
