Arce vs Mares @ 122. who takes it? I say Mares cant deal with Arces pressure and volume punching and folds by the 8th. Mares might land some counters but wont be enought to keep arce off.
Mares by KO or TKO on cuts. Darchinyan made it look easy when he out-box Jorge for a full 12 rounds and busted up his face, mares would destroy Arce imo
Mares. He's not a big puncher like Arce, but his precision will acccumulate to a beatdown of Arce. Hopefully Mares won't get the DLH effect where a young lion destroys a fan favorite and gets hated on for it.
I think that Mares beats most guys around his weight class with the exception of Donaire who looks like a pretty bad match up for him.
Arce is on the decline and has no chance against current Mares. He couldn't keep up with Mares' superior footwork, handspeed and boxing skills, Mares by TKO or clear UD
Not if he fights very cautiously like in the early rounds against Donaire...Arce will be all over him like a bad rash. Styles make fights.
