Kind of a gimme for El Travieso but he's earned it. Their first meeting wasn't particularly close. The fact that it ended on a cut without a "real" conclusion is probably the only reason there's a rematch. That, and Angkotta somehow retaining a high WBO ranking by rebounding from that loss with a single middling win for their Pacific title.
You've got to love Jorge's attitude. In this year, he's taken on a young lion in Vazquez and clipped his claws - and had if I'm not mistaken expressed openness to a rematch had Wilfredo not then moved up...then rematched the last man to beat him (and dominated)...and now is rematching the last guy he beat by anything other than knockout. I wouldn't be surprised if he started chasing down the old ghosts, and looking for vengeance against Darchinyan and Mijares (and Parra). It's not hard to envision him sitting there thinking "**** yeah - I could say that I'd beaten every man I shared the ring with since Carbajal. THIRTEEN YEARS!! Arriba!!!!! :freddy :jjj" :yep
