In reviewing the replay it was evident that the punch that took Arce down was on the belt - it struck the letter R - and was not below the belt line. Arce was hurt by that punch, turned his back, and then got smacked behind the ear. I honestly felt that Rojas's punch was legit and should have been awarded the victory for that reason.

Thereafter Rojas called Arce a "cobarde" who was too afraid to fight. Well, hopefully, there will be a rematch and perhaps it will settle the issue as to who is the better fighter.

Thats exactly what I have been saying all along, the punch was not "low blow" per se because half of the glove hit his elbow thus not connecting in full. On top of that it was not that low. Also the punch to his head was legit because the ref had not intervened by them, and like PBF said "protect yourself at all times"


PS - I like how every poster on this thread offers their points with solid opinions and facts yet cocksuckers like Zopilote and Kush can only come up with comments like "Rojas is x4 cheat", wtf! Mofos change that tune already.
When Zopilote talks about the great Mex vs PR rivarly, he never fails to mention the Gomez vs Sanchez, the Calderon vs Segura and of course Lopez vs Salido, like those have been the only matches between the two countries. One last great performance by Arce. After this one he should retire, but I know he won't. I don't think he can outwork Rojas, Arce is too corretiado already, has high mileage, but instead of brawling or fajeando Arce should just go for the ko. I still think he hits alittle harder than Rojas who doesn't load up on his punches as much plus he's easy to find. Arce fights at his best when he's pissed. He's respecting Rojas too much.
