Look, BE, you can't spell "Sugar" without three of the letters in Salgado, with the other four traded in for a "u" and "r".

Come on, four for two, that's an offer you can't refuse.

He said I must be British because I gave Linares rounds. I think he thought Linares was British, or that British people liked him because he fought over there a couple times?

Linares looked exactly like the Boxer i thought he was, a fantastic one. I think Loma was taking the fight and had opened up a small but breathable gap on my card by the start of the 10th but Linares was right there throughout it was a proper comeptitive fight and he had his fair share of successes in it. Good knock down in the 6th, Loma was hurt but shook it off pretty damn quick. Was a great fight i really enjoyed it and that is down to both of them.

Taking the knock down into account i think i had Loma 2 up with 3 to go at the start of the 10th.

Also Linares was well prepared. Even more — he had been preparing especially for Lomachenko.

    I'm an American. I'm ethnically English/Scottish/Irish, I guess.

If you turn off the sound of the ESPN Loma huggers, and watch the fight w/o sound, then IMO Linares was competitive in the fight. Loma throws a lot of pitty-pat punches, and Linares was answering back with heavier grade punches, but fewer in number. But LOMA WON THE Fight when it counted.

Those pitty patty punches knocked Linares out!!!!!!! Lomachenko was winning the fight at the time of the stoppage, I agree with Teddy Atlas and Teddy Atlas predicted the fight correctly, 10th round stoppage!!!!!!!

nope. LOL. The pitty Pat shots made Linares raise his hands.leaving space for a hard body shot That stopped JL.
2/3 Loma punches are set up shots and distractions for him to landthehard ones but they don't really count for points and neither does his footwork even if it looks nice.

In terms of hard, clean, audible punches(which is what SHOULD win a round) the fight was competitive til the end.

For a fighter you claim that has zero power, he sure hurt Linares, he landed some hard uppercuts as well, but that body shot was awesome!!!!!!!

I think we are at that point now that if Lomachenko doesn’t win every fight by complete shut out he’s going to start being labelled a fraud overrated etc etc. I mean Linares is a top level operator and Loma has beaten him easy really.
