As I said Linares is very underrated but he should definitely go with something different, and a little more original.

to his credit...there's more than meets the eye in the demarco loss. for one...he was traveling all over the place with roach..first to the u.s. olympic camp in colorado springs...then to the philippines for pacs camp where he was one of pacs sparring partners...and the fact that pac was NOT a good pick for sparring leading up to that fight. then he came back stateside for the fight. all that travel during camp...the wrong sparring...and just the fact that roach wasn't a good fit for him. he was, in my eyes, set up to fail. he does have a questionable chin. more than anything...i think he has the wrong guys training him.

He had a cut received during sparring before the Demarco. He had multiple ones open up during the actual fight, but it more than likely didn't help.

    Bout time.

Figeroua and Abril have been ducking Linares for some time.

    Linares vs Crawford next hopefully.

I'd like to see Crawford-Linares. That'd be a good chess match.

I wouldn't mind Figueroa-Linares. I would pick Figueroa by KO.
