Has been made in Inglewood, California.

Another Brit to the Salas slaughterhouse.

    War Linares.

Linares stops him in 6 imo. Hope I'm wrong.

    TEAM SEXY!

This is such a huge step up in quality for Campbell, it's crazy.

Campbell is a level up from Crolla in my opinion, he has the skills to trouble Linares. I think Linares is absolute class but Crolla stylistically made him look even better.

Crolla is tougher than Campbell though in my opinion, I think Linares will get him out of there by about round 8 or 9.

I don't want to sound like I was slagging Crolla off in my post. I do like him, he is very tough and durable and what he's achieved in the sport is fantastic. However, I think he had a lot of mileage on the clock by the time he fought Linares and his team appeared to lack a game plan. Campbell has more variety to his game, he's still quite fresh and he's got a good reach on him where Crolla with his t-Rex reach had to try (and fail) to move inside to land on Linares.

    Yeah that's a fair assesment.

I could see the tables turning in this fight, in a lot of the sparring videos i've watched of Linares recently he's really working the inside and doing it so well, think he might work his way in and crush Campbell to the body. It's just a question of whether/how long Campbell can hang with him for.

Why the fk aint campbell fighting in the uk.
Ive got to say, eddie has done a poor job with coolhand.
An olympic gold medalist who brought a load of casual interest over to boxing thru lukes various engagements on terrestrial tv. He was matched badly against .mendy and now hes been sent over to L.A to fight a top lvl operater.
Eddies done a bad job with Luke imo.

I do give luke a better chance than crolla vs linares but i still feel itll be a bit too much for luke.

I think Campbell can hurt Linares and he is a good finisher, but I think once Linares knows he can hurt Campbell he will relax more. I just have this feeling that if the latter situation happens, he will get the stoppage.

Hearn really has put him in the deep end here, especially fighting away from home and it's a huge step up.

Linares does have vulnerability about him, but I think he's learnt from a period where he struggled before and has gone back to his lovely boxing ability.

Linares stops him, early too I think. Campbell has a glass jaw.

As above, Campbell's frail mandible will cost him. Round 4/5.

Why is this fight taking place in LA? Didn't Linares recently relocate to the UK? Doesn't make sense. Regardless of location, Campbell's still getting knocked out.

Torn between applauding Luke stepping up ...something we moan about not happening with boxers....and criticising his mgmt for potentially biting off more than he can chew here. Giving up home advantage too....ill be very impressed if Campbell can win here.

I'm going for Luke to win this tbh, i think people forget that kev mitchell would have beat linares if it wasn't for that swelling being so bad. I know that linares caused swelling but imo we are all looking at the crolla wins too much, Luke is on another planet skill and boxing wise compared to crolla and boxes nothing like him, linares will need to deal with movement, hand speed and the southpaw style and imo linares prefers boxers that come to him rather then him having to take it to fighters. my opinion but i fancy Luke on points
