Heiland comes out shooting out his jab, Veron lands a a partially blocked awkward right hook, they tied up, Veron flicking out his weak jab and holds, Heiland lands to the midsection, Veron clips him with a hook, they tie up and hold, straight right and uppercut connect from Veron, Heiland is hurt, Veron flailing away, Heiland ties him up, Heiland corners him, but Veron ties him up and they tussle, then Veron nails Heiland in the mouth with a big right.

Round 2

Heiland comes out looking to assert himself backing Veron up with his jab, but Veron alnds another uppercut, then ties up, Jorge is pushing Veron back and landing hooks while in hold, Heiland working the body while in hold, Veron gets away from the ropes and lands a counter uppercut, Heiland backs him to the ropes and lands a few body shots, Veron throws an awkward jab, Heiland clubs him on the back of the head with a right, Veron ties up, Veron getting wild with his shots and is swinging for the fences.

Round 3

Heiland immediately backs him to the ropes, Veron lands a few straight rights, Heiland is unfazed pushes him into the corner once again, and nails him with some hooks to the body, Veron is tying up, Jorge muscles out, unleashes a series of hooks to the body, Veron swings wildly with an uppercut and misses by a mile, Jorge ands a flurry to the body, they're exchanging uppercuts, Veron swings again, Heiland blocks it and lands some more hooks to his arms and ribs.

Round 4

Heiland tries to get inside, Veron rains down a chopping right on top of his head, Heiland walks through it, pins him in the corner, Veron ties him up, starts flicking out his weak jab, Veron lands hard hook to the gut followed by a few rights up top, Veron lands a right and follows up with a series of uppercuts, then he drives a straight in between Heiland's guard, they tie up, overhand right lands on Heiland's cheek, Veron follows up with flurry on Heiland's face.

Round 5

Heiland tries to establish his jab, Veron ties him up and they tussle around the ring, Veron nails him with straight right, they hold, Veron does some decent work on the inside, Heiland bangs his ribs, Veron fires back with a few hooks to the side of the head, one two from Heiland, Veron fires back with two straight rights flush, and another followed by a hard uppercut, Heiland is stunned, Veron is firing away, they hold, both men looking gassed out already, Heiland tries to land huge overhand Veron rolls with it, Heiland lands huge bomb at the end of the round, Veron goes down.
