Heiland comes out gets nailed with a straight right, Veron ties up and backs away, Heiland flicks out a few jabs, they hold again, Heiland backs him into the corner nails him with straight left, and 2 more, Heiland drives a hard straight left into his stomach, then a low blow, , Heiland needs his tape fixed, Heiland goes back to work on the body plugging away, Veron lands an uppercut and follows upw tih a 4 punch combo upstairs, Heiland fires back, Veron holds, Veron lands a few more uppercuts, Heiland backs him up again and unloads.

Veron ties up Heiland at the bell, then swings wildly and goes down on a slip, Heiland backs him up he holds again, Veron lands a combination after an uppercut, Heiland fires back with more body work, Heiland has landed consistent hooks to the body for about 30 seconds, then he follows with a hook up top, Veron hurt and staggers along the ropes, Heiland looking for the KO, Veron holds, Heiland stuns him, he's on rubbery legs, Heiland smashing him along the ropes, he goes down in a heap, the ref gives him a count, Veron rises with a split open right eyelid and on wobbly legs, the ref correctly waves it off.

Heiland wins by TKO
