    I mean he isn’t a banger but I’ve seen a lot worse. He isn’t like that Puerto Rican dude, that I can’t think of right now...that literally stinks out every fight he’s in. I mean he throws punches and I thought he was decent...nothing to write home about but not horrible.

    * 10 unanswered punches that Ramirez threw after he hurt his foe and backed him against the ropes...
    * 8 of those punches were clean connets
    * Hooker was turned into a bobblehead after Ramirez started to do speed bag work on him.

    Yeah...more than fine, indeed. If anything, it might have been a second later than it needed to be.

    Agree with @CST80 and @IntentionalButt that this wasn't that competitive. The replay I've watched had commentators that largely ignored Ramirez's work.

    Excellent stoppage by ref. There is no reason to let that go on, Hooker was done.

    I saw that, very cool. What's funny is that Mo is basically encapsulating the very sentiment Tevin Farmer was expressing last night: that our sport is too dangerous & thankless for a fighter to be out here literally "dying on his shield"...but the devil resides in the details. How you phrase it can be the difference between a sentiment getting you praised or booed like a heel.
