    Round 1 Nunez 10-9

    Round 3 Nunez 10-9
    Round 4 Nunez 10-9

    Round 6 Nunez 10-9

Similar to the 5th, Rikiishi has one solid spell of success and tees off, the rest of the round Nunez walking him down and pulverizing his ribs with left hooks, and double jabbing then looping in overhand rights to the head.

Even though Nunez remained relentless throughout, Masanori was walking him into clean straight lefts on occasion, and defended to the body well enough to nick it.

At times they went to war, and traded some hellacious combos, but it was mostly Nunez walking hi down and turning him into a bobble head.

Monster overhand right to the temple right after the bell sends Rikiishi sailing across the ring, the ropes kind of held him up. Nunez goes for the kill and wails on him the rest of the round, several times with flurries. Rikiishi still firing back and landing bombs of his own, but Nunez walking through them unfazed.

Weak 11th, Rikiishi pretty much hauling ass, trying to avoid getting KO'd, Nunez chasing him, and whipping in hooks when he can get a chance.

All out war in the 12th with Rikiishi willing to stand and trade in spots, landing some nasty uppercuts and one twos. But the relentless Nunez wailing away on him every time he stands still, walloping him with a barrage of hooks to the head, stunning him again late. I'm disappointed Nunez couldn't keep his KO streak alive, but happy Rikiishi didn't get KTFO or worse in front of his home crowd. Pretty good scrap, much better than Leo-Kameda.
