    At lightweight, Mosley.

    At welter, Nápoles.

    At light middle, pick 'em.

Napoles was easily several levels above Shane Mosley. Mantequilla would outclass Shane and give him a terrible beating...much worse than what Pac gave him. Napoles tko 9 Mosley.

If I had to lay money, I'd go with Napoles but I'd be rooting for Shane, one of my all time favorites

Napoles - and the other two elite Cuban welters - take Mosley to pieces.

Mosley was excellent but Napoles was sublime. They are on different levels. Napoles punishing UD.

Any weight, though? During his stint at 135 (from '61 through '64) he was green and not yet fully churned into the masterful Butter he'd later carve out his legacy as. He was good down there, mind you - going 20-2 in that period and technically beating every man he faced, winning his trilogies with both Alfredo Urbina & Tony Pérez (ending both rivalries emphatically with knockouts in the rubber matches) - but the point is he wasn't unbeatable down there. And people are prone to forgetting what a magnificent h2h beast SSM was at lightweight, despite the brevity of his own stay and his achieving his greatest fame up at welter and junior middle.
