I have a vague feeling the second Delgado featured on the card isn't going to fare quite as well as his first to bear that surname in the show opener...

If Rigo at 126lb, Leo better not duck him like he did before.

    Round 1

Rigondeaux is controlling Delgado with the right jab, pumping it relentlessly into the guard. Left hand leads by Rigondeaux forcing Delgado to bend his arm inward against his chest. Rigondeaux sneaking in quick slashing right hooks on the body as Delgado is blocking the high southpaw 1-2. Rigondeaux looking to find a home for the left cross down the pipe on Delgado's chin, but thus far Delgado is able to push his arms out, just barely in time with his parries & deflections, often not pretty but screening out those lefts at whatever the cost. Rigondeaux keeps working the body as Delgado circles warily on his toes, letting in just light trickle of counter left jabs, and increasingly protecting his midsection as Rigondeaux tenderizes it. Big left cross on the button from Rigondeaux just at the bell, and down goes Delgado in the corner.

    10-8 Rigondeaux

edit: nope, waved off by Jack Reiss at the count of nine (count started after the bell, can't be saved under California rules), KO1!!!!
