Plant keeping the jab faucet on full-flow, and moving fluidly as well. Uzcátegui keeps banging at the guard of Plant from outside with heavily loaded hooks falling in. Most of them are blocked, slipped & countered, or ducked, but at least one does get through flush, exacerbating Plant's cut which now flows openly into his eye and down his cheek. Plant covers up his torso with his curled right arm, letting Uzcátegui pound away on him with a series of hooks that just clatter off Plant's biceps and ulna. Plant is able to wriggle clear of the corner and pop in a few jabs.

Round 7

Uzcátegui forces Plant to swap hooks with him, and Uzcátegui's touch down harder. Plant is running low on energy, no longer fending Uzcátegui off with the jab as consistently. Plant doing a lot more holding now, yanking down on Uzcátegui's wrists to drag him into a forward bow until they're split by the ref. Uzcátegui starting to feed his own jab into Plant's brow, eating some counter jabs in the bargain, although he doesn't seem to mind. Uzcátegui looking more comfortable now, as his pressure and the cut start to inject a little anxiety into Plant's movements, which are still not totally disorganized but not what they were.
