Melson should make this his gimmick, and come out with fahrvergnügen and wienerschnitzel written on his shorts in his next few matches.:sisi1

Wars doesn’t know that headgear isn’t in the amateurs anymore…

Torrez has a difficult style he’s up against for a debut..

Both knockdowns were identical, short left uppercuts. Marcos Rosales bungled the play, no reason for this still to be going.

    Round 1 Torrez 10-8
Round 2 Torrez wins by KO

Melson runs right into a straight left, goes up in the air and down on his ass. Melson then comes hard charging in like a loon, whinging shots, Torrez clips in in an exchange, he goes down again, ref finally waves it.

Torrez drops Melson again in the first minute of the second round...and thankfully it gets called as one by the ref. So, third KD and second officially...but moot as Torrez begins to absolutely HAMMER the guy, spinning him around 180 degrees with the force of his blows, and then ragdolling him down again.

    TKO2!

Melson was hilariously bad, gotta give him props for the laughs.

Terrible luck to get that giant cut on a guy who's going to have to charge in forever unless he wants to go to CW.

Maybe not the best matchmaking for Torres. Guy was awkward and they end up clashing heads (I assume?). Definitely don't want a cut in your first fight.

I'm so-so on Torres' potential, but the more the merrier. Hopefully he stays busy.

That was a circus show. Didn’t get to see much of Torrez, he got cut and he never even hurt that wild opponent. We had a mess and then a flop onto the ground.

I think Melson was trying to pull a fast one on us, like how Haku changed his name to Meng when he went to WCW, that was really Cory Cummings, just trying to reinvent himself.:sisi1

Decent power but little to be gleaned otherwise about how well he'll transition.

Tessitore and Kriegel, a combined eleven feet of cringe made flesh, are not the ones that should be sitting and having this discussion on the plight of the Ukrainian boxers. Like, any other pair. Give us Timbo and Crystina Poncher, whatever.

Pretty sure they even snuck Meng in a suit to begin with too!
