This is exactly what I was thinking. Really watchable bout.

Okay, we have settled the question of "who is the best José currently at 140lbs?".

    (barring a Chon rematch)

Next move for JCR is to go chasing after Benavidez for p4p José supremacy. :deal: Where is he now, MW?

After some of the messy fights we saw last weekend this was nice to see.

No Jose, we don't live in a divided world. Just people with differing views on immigration.

Not so fast! Zepeda, like many, disputes Ramirez's victory over him, and a rematch is in order!

Pedraza seemed fine with Ramirez winning.

Teo vs Ramirez? After that and the Taylor loss/move I think Teo has a shot at getting it done in this division.

    Pedraza is a good sport.
Pedraza to me landed the harder shots. Ramirez took it and pedraza kinda got into survival once that eye swelled up towords the end

That's why I was looking forward to it so much, because it was so evenly matched and they both have styles which can trouble each other. I'll have to watch it again but I feel Pedraza won 6 rounds but in the rounds when he let his hands go he looked a different class.

Do you think that means he thinks he didn’t win? He knows he was the B side and he is a good sport. He expected it and he isn’t all about himself.

He's a scholar and a gent and he's fighting in JCR's backyard. I said a draw or 7-5 either way was fine. I like both guys but the commentary was very biased and a lot of Pedraza's good work was being ignored in some of the rounds.
