Galindez. He wins a 15 round decision easily....and hurts Torres along the way with his greatr counterpunching. His countering ability would be the key.
Galindez, because - 1. he was better, 2. Torres' record wasn't so good against punchers, and 3. Torres was vulnerable to body shots.
This says it all really...Victor was much better...and I think a trademark decision would be the result, though a stoppage would be possible.
I never thought Torres was a true LtHvy. He as a "tweener"....really a supermiddle ..if the class would have been around back then. Galindez was a "big" LtHvy.
