    Not all head movement is based on reflexes. A lot of guys do it to make it hard for a guy to get set and throw. It works really well unless you get predictable and the guy your in with knows it, then you get lit up.

    I know this, which is why I said ''when someone throwing punches at you'' to indicate that's when the reflexes dictate the type of head movement

    jose aldo is the king of the featherweight divsion and will rip apart anyone in the bamtamweight divsion and would have a good chance in the lightweight divsion aswell.

    Hominick also has excellent head movement at times in that fight. One of the ATG fights right there IMO.
