Jose Aldo vs. Chad Mendez possible for ufc 133

Makes sense, Mendes deserves a shot.

 

Hopefully Aldo doesnt flaten out after the first like the Hominick fight. I would like to see more of those deadly leg kicks.

 

I like this fight Mendes has been racking up wins vs alot of quality guys like Vazquez, Cub Swanson and Omigawa hes very deserving. I hope Hominick can heal up and face the winner of Florian-Nunes.

 

Mendes has had a good run, but his only hope is to LnP his way to a decision, and that is going to be hard to do for five rounds against Aldo.

Awwww. This is a much more exciting fight though you've got to admit.

The last round against MH has to give Chad a bit of confidence he can use his wrestling to put Aldo on his back and do damage using his wrestling. But I dont really rate Mendes finishing ability and maybe this will be a re-run of the Faber fight. Those leg kicks are devastating to wrestlers shooting ability, especially in a five rounder

 

maybe dubble knees to the face will also stop his TDs who knows

 

Would be awesome, but its rare. Natural instinct is too sprawl or failing that fall into guard or look for the guillotine for a BJJ guy like Jose
