There was a lot of hype about him...until Miranda nearly put his lights out. Then He was hurt and out of the ring for a bit.

He has solid fundamentals and he brings a tall lanky frame with it. I watch him when I can

He just had a fight a couple of weeks ago where he won easily. He's really young, so, he's not being rushed. I like him, and have been following him for several years.

Guess I didn't really answer the question... Yes I think he could be a star. While not an electric fighter, he is decently fun to watch

I have REAL worries about his durability...and his match making. His match making makes me think of Gary Russell Jr. Skilled enough but too many issues for me to be confident of much success.

I get the durability, and I see what you mean. As for the GRJ comparison, he is 4 years younger, so I give him another year and a half before I start ripping into him unless he steps it up.

GRJ has only been a pro 1 year longer despite the age difference.

I guess following the Japanese scene I just expect fighters to move up significantly quicker if they are supposed to be something special.
