Jose Lopez vs. Isidrio Garcia is this for real?

    I was looking at boxrec for boxer nationalities and found an oddity in Jose Lopez's record. His fight against Isidrio Garcia in 1999 had the following description

    Is THIS even allowed to happen? :huh

    That might be such a confusing time... especially for Isidrio.

    I mean he's probably happy he won the title but at the same time he's also wearing another man's cup.
