Just for the sake of posting it..one of the most beautiful right uppercuts ever thrown..which end this rematch between Mantequilla and Indian Red in the 7th round...at about the 4:47 mark.

Come on...there's got to be a few Mantequilla fans who'd like to see one of the best right uppercuts ever thrown! In fact, you don't even need to be a Mantequilla fan to appreciate this.

Napoles was hurting him throughout, that rigt uppercut was a potent weapon throughout the contest. He was hurting Ernie throughout the fight with right uppercuts, over hand rights and left hooks.

Poor Ernie didn't know if Napoles right hand was coming over or under his jab!

Ernie was in such agony after that uppercut...his eye was partially dislodged from it's socket.

Losing to Jose the second time completely ruined Ernie's life. He was so torn up by the realization that he could never beat Napoles that he pretty much went over the edge. I remember he went completely off the map for years and years only to resurface destitute in a homeless shelter in 2004. I hope he found some peace before he passed in 2009 because he was a very good, brave fighter who should have been proud of all his accomplishments.

Counter uppercut to end it is one of the best punches I've ever seen.

Still in awe of it to this day.
