What's the concensus on this matchup? I don't know if it's been brought up before, but anyway, if it was, here it is again.

I'd take Napoles, he slides in and out of range throwing from all angles. But to be honest i think Locche is so good at offsetting fighters with his own insane usage of angles on defence that he makes it a very tough fight. I just expect Napoles to have too much skillwise overall to be beaten.

Napoles by decision. I don't see Locche producing enough offense to beat an offensive fighter of Napoles calibre.

I think Napoles could stop him.

Napoles quite easily. Locche is slick but wouldn't be able to inflict enough hurt, unlike vice versa.

I think that Locche's defensive brilliance would be severely compromised by his rather weak offensive output..that would put him at a severe disadvantage against Napoles, who would inflict real punishment on Locche..this is a fight that could very well resemble Torres-Pastrano (maybe that's a stretch) in that Napoles would have nothing really to fear from Locche, and would ratchet up his offense to a level that would discourage eventually even the sparse punch output that was normal for Locche..Napoles' offensive could resemble a buzzsaw at times...as experienced by Adolph Pruitt. With no real weaponry to keep Jose off of him, Mantequilla would be too much of a force for even the defensive wizardry of Locche. I think it would be very possible that Napoles would force a between rounds stoppage from an accumulation of sustained punishment anywhere from round 10 to 13. I'm not sure if Locche could elude a knockdown along the way.
