Ramirez looked fairly bad against Zepeda, but that was probably because Zepeda is a slick heavy handed southpaw, and I think he would KO Hooker, yeah Hooker looked good against Saucedo, but Ramirez is a few levels about Alex, and remember, Saucedo came within a hair of stopping Hooker twice, Jose stops Maurice in 7 with a headshot.
They were afraid of a beating. Crawford is the ultimate Alpha. He's got Spence looking terrified in his presence, Floyd is scared to diss him too. A.B. said his pecker retracts whenever Crawford's name is mentioned.
My fear for Hooker is the he has no adjustment or plan B when things get ruff-n-tuff in the ring. He is the Draw king and I'm not talking about filling seats in arenas and venues.
