Ribalta held almost to the end with Tyson... and was stolen from james bonecrusher smith so I think I can take the power of JLG, the advantage that JLG has is not much both men are similar in size. I think Ribalta's fundamentals and speed help him win a close decision.
Though he went 10 rounds with Tyson, but he was stopped by Schulz or almost, who was at best average in punching-power (though he whipped the floor with McBride).
That's what I came here to say! Despite being seen as a simple fringe contender with a claim to fame for simply being able to survive a prime Tyson's barrage for 10 rounds, Ribalta was pretty damn good. I think the kind of robberies that took place back in the day are so silly, it seems like that's when people really started to have protected records for no reason other than to make em look good.
