Ive already said as a qualifying remark " if you count Bonavena and Ramos".
My only interest in your responses to me is, how you are able to read them, since you put me on ignore some time ago?

Ocasio fought for the same WBC title Ortiz, Solis and Gomez did.

And Andy Ruiz doesn't possess the undisputed title.

    According to the U.S?

Italians in Italy do not identify themselves as Latino. Why should their offspring? Basques in Spain certainty do not identify as Latinos living in Spain.

Cuban, Mexican, Puerto Rican are largely nations of mixed race people who proudly identify as Hispanic or Latino because they are largely a mixture of many ancestries and ethnicity’s United by a common language.

The U.S.A cannot decide how the Basques or Italians shall be identified.

    Cambridge English Dictionary

"Hispanic definition: 1. connected with Spain or Spanish-speaking countries, especially those countries in Latin America 2. someone from Spain or Spanish-speaking."

    Encyclopeadia Brittanica..

"Hispanic" is generally accepted as a narrower term that includes people only from Spanish-speaking Latin America, including those countries/territories of the Caribbean or from Spain itself. With this understanding, a Brazilian could be Latino and non-Hispanic, a Spaniard could be Hispanic and non-Latino, and a Colombian could use both terms. "

    • "Hispanic definition: The definition of Hispanic is relating to Spanish-speaking culture or people. "

what does it say in the Cambridge English Dictionary about somebody of Basque ancestry born and living in Spain?

    It says they’re Spanish right?

Where does it say Italians are Hispanic?

Well, he arguably should have been the first Hispanic fighter to win the Heavyweight title, as Foreman was damned lucky not to be thrown out and disqualified for that ridiculous late blow when Jose was already down. That aspect of the fight is seldom remembered, these days....
