“The Chef”, a 2008 Olympian and undefeated power-puncher (19-0, 15 KOs) was crushed in a 2 rounds TKO by Jose Uzcategui (24-1, 20 KO) after sending Julius Jackson to the canvas six times.
Uzcategui looked amazing in this fight all his punches connected with perfect accuracy and good power behind them. It looks like he might be able to compete at the top. Might be a great fight for whoever comes on top on November 28th.
I haven't seen Uzcategui before this and I don't know how the hell he lost a loop-side decision to Matt Korobov, but I heard that fight was a slugfest with both exchanging power-shots, so It makes a interesting and exiting style to be in a title fight next.

Is this kid any good or I just overrate him based solely on his last and surprising performance.

He's solid. Certainly a good challenge for anyone at 168 especially now that there's no dominating force in the division.
