No way Plant will outbox Uz. And he won't get the KO too as he hasn't power at all. I doubt Plant wins this. Uz via decision or late stoppage. I think Plant never fought anyone who brings the pressure and explosiveness like Uz and this will be too much for him.
I have yet to be impressed by Plant whatsover. This guy doesn't even blow away or look like a force against lower tier guys. I don't even know why he gets mentioned. Hell, he didn't even stop Tyrone Brunson *facepalm* I don't see a SMW in the top 10 that I'd favor Plant against (and Uzcat is at the upper portion of that list). Uzcat has shown he's the type of guy who can go right at and nullify speed. He's already handled someone faster, with more power and more dynamic than Plant already. Uzcat lays a beating on Plant:
I'm not impressed with Plant but Uzcategui can be sloppy and lazy. Having said that, he will be motivated in this fight and should outwork Plant. A KO will be difficult, though. Uzcategui by decision.
Plant on points. We haven't seen his ceiling yet, and I think Uzi is a touch overrated on here. Tough, rugged, but Plant can exploit him as long as his footwork is on point. I'm not 100% on this since the level of Plants chin is TBD for me, but I do think it's more likely he wins.
Plant by UD. He’s got a good, slick defense, and I think he’ll be able to avoid the knockout punch while doing enough to win about 7 or 8 rounds.
