well it wasent excatly a wide fight, after 9 round i had the fight even, and at the time of the stoppage, lopez was in controll, so cant see what u mean when u say he was losing the fight

Exactly. Lopez is a quality fighter. No one is saying he is elite, but I reckon he is (or was) good enough to be a world title holder. He beat Ortiz because he had the qualities to survive his onslaught and fire shots back to put his fire out.

 

Did you expect any less? Boxing isn't appreciated on this site, they're called "boring", "runner". If you're not KOing bums or faded names, you're not going to be appreciated.

 

I think Mayweathers cheap but legal shot may have caused a crack, which lead to what occurred in that fight.
