Even Dubois’ trainer had to remind him he’s in the fight game early on.

Didn’t like the way he quit there though.

Surprising finish, but I think experience told in the end. Joyce came in with a plan other than to just run through his opponent and that paid dividends.

Dubois' poor match making up to this point cost him, he's was tested for the first time and didn't know what to do. But he can learn from this and come again, he's young but he needs to be nurtured and brought along properly, not just given a load of easy fights for him to knock over and then throw him in the deep end again.

Wow. I would have never predicted that.

Happy for Joe though, a reserved character that always seems like a nice guy. Who next????

that's right. But if dubois could not solve the problem that joyce's jab posed, then now way in hell he can win to any of the top dogs either.

So probably the answer is that they are not good enough to win to the top dogs. Any of they both.

I hope Dubois can learn from this and become a better fighter because of it

This is in no way shocking.

I don't know why Joyce was such an outsider.

    Way more accomplished amateur.

    Better wins as a pro.

All round more experience as well as being bigger and stronger.

    Baffling.

Really good [top] British level fight IMO.

Dubois's days as the Next Big Thing didn't last very long.

Joyce reminds me of froch... Crap lol

On a serious note have to give him his due... He's effective at what he does...

Dubois.. Hate to say it but I don't think he will come again....

    I'm with Frampton on this
