 Maybe it had something to do with Wlad actually being a capable boxer? Or the fact that Wlad was an extremely defensive boxer who himself had a tremendous jab?
    Terrible ****ing example there.

Dubois is what, and inch shorter than Joyce? Did that really make that drastic of a difference?
    Please explain that to me.

I wanted to Dubois to win, but he was getting schooled and was taking real damage. I don't hold it against him at all.

The way AJ quit against Ruiz was terrible though. AJ did it just to save face and pretended like he didn't want to quit, but knew the ref would stop it.

You need a baseball bat with you in that ring to put a dent in joyces chin

Not sure it's unlucky when you are eating jabs all night. That's what can happen when you are getting hit so often.

I seriously don't understand what the plan was. No head movement, no high guard, no upper body movement so just keep taking jabs.

Dubois needs a lot of work to fight at the higher level.

As I thought, if Joyce could take the power he would win this fight, didn’t think it would be death by jab though.

It's a long way back for Dubois now, I'm not writing the young man off, he can come again, he is only 23 years old.

This will either make him or completely break him, we will see... it didn't look good though, he will take so much stick for that from boxing fans.

If you quit like that, it never sits well with boxing fans, also he wasn't on the end of a savage beating, he was jabbed to pieces but he wasn't holding right hand after right hand and it was a jab that ended the fight.

He made no attempt to beat the count, he sat it out, I actually feel sorry for him because I'm not sure he really understands or realises what is about to come his way.

But and most importantly.... Congratulations Joe Joyce, was a 3/1 underdog, many thought he would be blown out in a few rounds and he did a very professional job, stuck to a gameplan, never got flustered in moments when Dubois went after him early, used his jab so well and got the job done and now he is on to bigger things.

Yep, Usyk won't hurt Joyce in any significant manner but Joyces major weapon ( his chin) won't faze Usyk becayse Usyk plans to go 12 anyway. Usyk will run rings around Joyce.

Im not sure he can. Yeah, he’s young but that performance without the quit was terrible. I don’t see him troubling top 10 heavyweights like that. I think even Chisora would have a field day with him.

All wrong for Usyk? The other way around I should think. A significantly quicker southpaw with good head movement who can match Joyce’s output. Joyce’s chin is great for guys who look to KO you, but against Usyk it’s redundant

Dubois is 23. He’ll come again. If my aunty had balls she’d be my uncle but let’s be honest if that eye hadn’t closed up Dubois could have taken it on points.

Dubois has to start moving his head more. From round 1 he was getting teed off on by the jab and he didn’t make a single adjustment.

Usyk is the one heavyweight who can match Joyce for workrate. Moves too well for Joe.

Joyce is a nightmare for Joshua.
