By the end of the second round you could see all Joyce had to do was keep fighting his fight.

He just needed to keep applying the pressure and moving Parker backwards. As each round went on he broke him down further, and it was easy to see a stoppage coming rather than a points victory.

As improved as Parker may be, it's come way too late in his career. He'd only know that now...all those years with Kevin Barry were a ****ing enormous waste of his potential.

    Apropos of tonight's triumph, I am hopeful for a new Painterly Joe masterwork to rival this classic;

Next time use the Spanish telecast. No commercials, good sound, microphones in the corners.

Wilder is perfect for Joyce to dismantle. That would be a simple fight for JJ. Usyk would be a problem for JJ.

Yeah he was gassed after 5 rounds but he was also in with a guy that was just on him from the first bell and once Joyce saw Parker was struggling with the pace, then just stepped on the gas and applied even more pressure.

It was a horrible strategy from Parker's corner, I mean trying to KO Joyce is like Joshua trying to out box Usyk, it was plain dumb. But I think Parker against a normal heavyweight who throws half the punches of Joyce wouldn't have gassed so quickly. A better conditioned Parker probably would of gone the distance.

I know mate  I'm not a touchy little girl and I know I'm betting against the forums current unstoppable love child... And if he makes it to the finish line without lying on the canvas ill eat humble pie.

Yet again at least for the next few months... I get to shake my head in complete disbelief that Joe joyce is a probable top 3 heavyweight

**** me I miss the 90s...id never have had to say that

Dude, he's a machine. He never runs out of gas. Punches bounce off his dome and he's not even wobbled. He's a hard night's work for anybody.

I've heard it all before... They always pop up these iron chinned unstoppable monsters who eat punches with there face... Slow, cumbersome, zero defence...limitless stamina.

I've bin burned too many times backing them... And a guy with a face first defence at heavy won't last forever..... Happy to eat humble pie in a few years but I can't get behind a guy who I just don't think looks at all good

I think it's pretty obvious based on yesterday's performance he has a few more wrinkles in his game to be blithely reduced to a guy who blocks punches with his face. Accordingly to about half the forum, Parker with his blistering hand speed wasn't just going to school him, but KO him, yet Parker was reduced to landing maybe 2 or 3 flush shots per round and many of them Joe rolled with. It's well past time to eat your humble pie and admit Joe is far better than you thought he was.:deal:

I mean, for someone who "blocks punches with his face" he looks like a million bucks, Parker on the other hand.....

No lol I can't do it

I'll admit I've now seen more of his stamina and it is impressive for a guy his size... And yet again took punches off a better opponent than you usually see him in with.... Dont think Parker did himself any favours by coming in looking abit heavy though... Credit to Joyce for getting him out of there... Ill also admit he'd be pretty horrible to fight if you don't have elite power or are a slickster... Unfortunately.. Not many of them left at heavy

Yeah. If Painterly Joe has a crappy defence, the guy who was supposed to make him pay for it must have a really crappy defence. Porous Parker?

joyce launched 844 punches in 10 rounds and 1 minute. that's 1000 punches per fight. And he wasnt even tired. For a guy who weighted 271.6 lbs and is 37 years old, that's INSANE.

Too insane imho. Specially when we look at his fight vs dubois, for example, where he launched 300 punches less.

And he looked like he could run a marathon after the fight. Suspicious at the very ****ing least.

The performance was so ashtonishing and brutal that I just dont buy it without magic sauce.

Joyce's Irish and Nigerian DNA has combined to create an unstoppable fighting machine.
