Joyce is terrible. KO waiting to happen. Wallisch looked incredibly slow and sluggish and yet he was still catching the slightly less sluggish Joyce with clean right hands. Don't rate Dubois much but he's probably going to speak Joyce is that fight happens.

Joyce was a little bit careless in the first round, maybe ring rust or just too eager having not fought for a while.

But fight went as expected. Joyce is just relentless. The way he unloads after getting hit must be demoralising for opponents.

I don't understand how a heavyweight with power who constantly throws punches can be as boring as Joe Joyce.

I wouldn't say he's boring, it's just he's so far fighting against opponents who are over matched and he fights at one gear, it's a relentless gear but he doesn't explode like some heavies and so it can become repetitive and monotonous.

Wait til he goes in with someone who can fight back more and we might see him in some good fights.

My main observation about Joyce is despite his limitations in speed and style he will just keep coming onto Dubois, absorb his pressure and keep unloading. No way should Dubois be anything but a slight favourite.

Joyce vs. Erik Pfeifer would have been a more interesting fight. Wallisch is too slow and easy to hit.

Joyce isn't as skilled as one would expect considering his amateur background, but he does punch hard.

Dubois should beat Joyce, unless he gets caught with a big punch.

Thats a fair read. But if Dubois lines a good shot up it's probably over. He's definitely the harder puncher of the two. Both are so flawed and fragile but recently Dubois has looked better. I leaned Joyce slightly for a while for the reasons you said but now I really don't know. Slightly favoring Dubois now.

Looked much better then his last outing. Never going to be the fastest fists or move like usyk, but credit where it's due the juggernaut has a chin and a half. Knows how to walk a man down just keeps chugging away, really looking forward to seeing the dubois fight.

Shame Joyce left it so late to go pro, dubois clearly has the long jeverty going forward, but like them both a lot think it's a great match up for fans

Body shot KO. Good showing by Joyce. He may be slow but he has good coordination to string punches together and that makes him very effective. The Dubois fight will be a treat for the fans. Cant wait for it
