    Hardly a bad performance though

Didn't predict a 45 second KO, but a quick one regardless. Not trying to sound like a pompous genius, but Kieran Smith a glass jawed featherfisted Light Middleweight going up to Middleweight, against a guy that went the distance with Alimkhanuly, who made as quick work of a guy like Morrison as Zach Parker a Super Middleweight did. Few gave him a chance. Merely stating....it wasn't shocking.:nusenuse:

Only WBA, WBO, IBF and WBC count. Can't see him getting anywhere near them in the next two years.

That's Smith done now, nowhere for him to go after this other than fighting nobodies for the pad out.

    Round 1: Itauma 10-9
    Round 2: Itauma 10-9
    Round 3: Itauma 10-9
    Round 4: Itauma 10-9

    40-36 Itauma

Good test for young Itauma early on in his career. I always roll my eyes when Frank Warren compared a young fighter to a legend of the past. Seems like he has to do it to promote the fighter than than putting in any work himself.

I remember the 2019 era when Frank Warren would roll out social media posts comparing any fighter around 118 to Naseem Hamed.

Worrying lack of zip in his punches after round 3

Would love to see big Moses try this style against Joyce continually moving forward. A couple of times he's stepped back doing feints about 3 feet away from the Ukrainian as if it's going to help him.

He's looking OK and his boxing is pretty fluid - but he's also been hit clean 2 or 3 times by someone not throwing a lot.

Not with her hair braided though surely?

I like Mikaela, but she needs to look good tonight. I thought she was crap last time out in a huge letdown of a fight against bumbum.

Moses may well to grow into a top heavyweight but he doesn't have the explosiveness/raw strength yet. Tyson was an animal, a phenom. Don't see any of that with Moses, he's going to have to take his time and develop over many years to get to where he wants to be.

    Round 1: Itauma 10-9
    Round 2: Itauma 10-9
    Round 3: Itauma 10-9
    Round 4: Itauma 10-9
    Round 5: Itauma 10-9

    50-45 Itauma

Itauma has worryingly bad cardio. It’s a great test for only his 3rd bout but the “youngest Heavyweight World Champion since Mike Tyson” comparison needs to stop.

The thing is - Mayer said the other day the last fight was her best performance. We'll soon find out if she's peaked early, or maybe better suited to the higher weight.
