Agreed mate regarding matchup being years away.

But as a Brit I'm going with AJ, but got to say really enjoyed what I have seen of JP, he looks great, and best of luck to him :good

    Fonz9 - nice comment from a Brit

As NZers we like what we see from AJ as well.

    And wish him the best

You said that I'm anti white and that was the reason why I dislike Joseph parker.

I also made this thread not long ago

I must be anti Africa American, after-all I also started this thread.

Default Shannon Briggs destruction at the hands of Cuban Great Felix Savon.

You have the guts to accuse me of racism, when you can't even muster the decency to credit African Americans fighters.

Every anti Ward, anti Mayweather thread, there you are dissing you own countrymen or for a reason we both know why.

You're the type to cheer against U.S. fighters at the Olympics, just because they're not the same colour as you.

    Whatever dude.:hi:

No you did that to make one of Vitali's wins look bad, and Savon is black so you had no problem with it.

So my threads are only considered racist when it involves someone of the Caucasian variety?

I don't need to make Vitali look bad. Simply glancing over his record says all about where he stands historically.

You guys fighting over so-called "racism" are going to get this thread deleted.

Why not just stop talking about it now?

I feel like I am missing something here. Could someone please tell me why they think JP beats AJ, I just don't see anything to tell me he has a chance other than a punchers chance

    More than that, bud.

The AJ vs DW fight really has fired up the chat about Parker's chances. The reasons have been put forward why JP has a good chance against AJ. The hype machine in the UK has been working overtime, talking up AJs chances, but all has gone quiet since his indifferent showing against a sloppy DW.
There is no denying he is a specimen, and packs power...but there are noticeable holes that his team will be trying to sort out before his next outing.
At this stage I'm a solid 60/40 in the favour of JP. But after watching JP since the amatuers, he has improved 10 fold easy, and continues to step up his skills and combinations with each outing.
All his fanbase want him to step up, but I agree with the direction he is being taken by his promoters/trainer/matchmaker. They are lining him up within 18 months for a title. They are also working towards getting him physically, mentally and skilled enough to bring a belt back to NZ.

Exciting times regardless with whatever camp you support.

    Agreed, Naki

My hope is that by the time AJ and JP meet in a couple of years, JP will have improved another 50% - making him a very dominant fighter even more.

Then my odds would favour JP

Parker is interesting I admit that; looks like he has a lot of potential

    Good fighter

'Sloppy DW' would bang Parker out in a few rounds. He's levels above the cans JP be feasting on.

Joshua would literally rip off his head and **** down his neck. Total mismatch.
