hello odo good to see you are still posting here i agree joshua and parker are the 2 top talents coming through not by any means the finished articles , but the talent and ability is clear to see of both fighters. parkers handspeed/size and power and abilty to deliver and let his hands go should mean he will go to the top.
hello sean.Good to see such knowledgeable posters like you still posting here on our old esb forum!:good:good I hope my words find you and your family at the best of health and spirit !!!! As for Parker and Joshua some people here seem to think that they should take on opponents like Ustinov or Pulev that early in their career .They dont seem to understand that pro boxing is a business and money is the name of this game.Day-dreaming is a nice thing, but Joshua and Parker are still works in progress and dont need to take unnessesary risks for little money.
thank you odo i got bored in early retirement and went back to work for myself , so i did not have time to post. i see people do not ****yse style match ups pulev would be a world title fight in the future for parker, but his style for a relative inexperienced parker is something a wise promoter would avoid until there fighter was more polished. you want durable old cagey pros who will show them new things to learn in against parker without risking to much of a loss ,and not still hungry awkward styles like pulev .
No one has stopped Williams and Parker has developed a huge amount (power and other ways) since then. You really need to watch more recent fights if you think he hasn't got power
That was a lifetime ago for Joseph. Power and confidence has increased 10 fold since then. The fluidity of his combos is the best in the division. I can't wait for the world to see his potential in the middle of next year. :bbb
