Lara's not serious and never has been. If he really wanted the fight K2 is a phone call away. Years later, he's still "calling out" folks when they are signed for other fights

A call out is a call out. Parker done no more than what Lara has been doing.

You only call Lara's bullchit cos you know GGG isn't interested in the fight.

Right now Lara gets brutalised and it isn't worth making , but if it actually came off next , Lara would suddenly became a slick awkward boxer extraordinaire and GGG stopping him would be a huge achievement..
    Am i right?

Except for that Parker has actually taken the tough fights.

I wouldn't be interested in fighting Lara either.

    1) Too small to be a challenge
    2) Different division
    3) Diva demands re money
    4) No fanbase to support salary demands
    5) Boring style

Golovkin has bigger fish to fry than Lara. There's no demand for the fight except for amongst a deluded fringe that imagine that SOMEHOW this little featherfist that plodder Canelo beat, is going to be a threat to a monster puncher in the next division up who is especially noted for his footwork.

There's no doubt in my mind that GGG savages Lara. It's not even a question.

I like Parker, he won me over after I refused to hop on the bandwaggon. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, but I want him to fight a unification in the next 18-24 months. Let him handle Hugie, then get a gimmie fight, then he needs to get serious about testing himself vs. AJ, Wilder or maybe Tyson Fury will be back by then to avenge his cousin's loss (if it so happens).

Wrong. He went after the easier route to the title against Ruiz. Lara has taken harder fights.

Its a good fight and better than 85% of the the fights already on his record.

There was no demand for him to fight a welter weight but he did. Lara was a bigger fish than Wade , Munroe and Brook.

If the fight is such a non factor then what is the point of him fighting Canelo? Lara is Canelo's best win and he only won by the skin of his teeth.
He is desperate to fight Canelo so he should have no problem fighting Canelo's toughest opponent..
You are simply in damage control cos you know Golockin doesn't want the fight. Thats casual fanboi behaviour 101. You are not a real boxing fan. Real fans don't oppose good fights getting made.
You also had ZERO interest in seeing him fighting Ward. Real fans don't justify ducking. I think it about time you packed it up around here , ok?

Opinion ^ If Lara really believes that he can beat GGG he should campaign at 160 and get himself a mando spot.

Last minute replacement as you well know.

    1) Wade was mandatory. Have you forgotten. Lara should try it sometime. Funny how you always make a song and dance about Sanders getting a "free" pass at Wlad and yet it's OK for Lara to get a free pass at GGG
    2) I reckon Monroe tunes Lara up
    3) Brook tunes Lara up too.

    1) Canelo won the official decision
    2) Canelo can actually fight a bit and isn't a cure for insomnia like Lara
    3) Canelo brings $$$ and Lara costs $$$

I have no idea if Golovkin wants the fight or not. If he takes it, I'd watch just to see Lara get smeared over the canvas. What I DO know is that Lara doesn't want the fight or he would have tried calling K2 or campaigning at 160.

You're the expert on fanboi behaviour

    :jaja-no:

    Quote needed.:eusa_liar:

Tell us again how Lewis ducked Bowe because Bowe trashed the WBC belt rather than fight him?

Parker is an elite HW and despite what some of the idiots say here he did beat Ruiz, although it was close.

If Joshua wins I doubt he faces Parker.

If Klitschko wins then I think he faces Parker, because Klitschko has a history of facing the best out there. I think Joshua is only facing Klitschko because he is 40 and he thinks Klitschko is shot as hell, and he will go back to Wilder level opponents for the next 2 years afterwards.

And, dont anyone mention Wilder. The man is a fraud, a con and a joke. The only elite HW you will see Wilder boxing is on a computer game or in your imagination.

Parker avoided Joshua once and won a home robbery vs Ruiz Jr.Didnt impress vs Takam either.

Parker can only win via robbery vs H.Fury as well next.He has zero chance against Wilder and Joshua, not because i want to hype those 2 but Parker isnt anything special, overrated power, mediocre def and isnt very quick either, lacks size also and pretty bad stamina. The man isnt much better than his sparring partner Izu Ugonoh who got knocked out lately vs Brezeale.Thats the sad truth.

So far good chin [altough Takam and Ruiz JR arent monster punchers] and robberies are what makes Parker champion.Overrated from day one by some,he knows his limitations and avoided Joshua already once as everyon knows already.

Oh and btw i rooted for Parker vs Ruiz and Takam and would root for him vs Joshua,Wilder,Wlad and like 99 % of the division so im not hating the man just disgusted with some power vastly overrating him.

Parker has a good shot against Joshua, would knock Wilder out, but would lose to Klitschko................you can never be sure in boxing, but I think Vlad will beat Joshua, probably by TKO or KO. Vlad was just way too superior to Joshua in camp sparring, if Vlad is focused, he will win easily, I agree with Vitali.............I think Vlad will be focused and will go for all the titles, however, Wilder will refuse to fight him. Vlad knocked Wilder down with a jab, flattened him with a left hook is sparring, he beat Wilder from one side of the ring to the other!!!!!!!
