I rate parker in the top 5 HW's, i feel like parker would lose to only AJ and WLAD. Parker and Wilder would be good could see either fighter winning. Parker would beat all other HW's though

It sounds like he is but I think its just a front. Surely Joe will be looking at Fury with every respect because hes not the type to overlook opponents. Probably just reminding Joshua that hes still keen as the Ruiz route might indicate he wasnt. Im just guessing

That is completely in line with the logical culmination of his trajectory so far and this is hardly the first time he asked for Joshua in particular.
