The best I can do is say from experience that PED use is rampant at the elite levels of most sports. People who race yachts or do horse show jumping I have no idea but actual mainstream sports they are everywhere.

If by some miracle that guys brother is life long natty then good for him and he has higher moral standards than almost every one of his peers because he would destroy everyone and smash the WR if he started using.

Has any Haymon fighter ever been harassed by VADA? I can't remember a Haymon fighter ever being tested positive by VADA......................sounds suspecious.................Povetkin was framed to protect Wilder and SOB never has to test for anything, he can punch to the testicle!

The only thing the bronze bomber is devestating is his fans when he announces Stiverne 2, followed by Stiverne 3 and 4.

Yes, I realize that. Whether baseless accusations ought to be legally punishable is an entirely different matter, I was just saying that I don't like PED accusations without good evidence.

If he missed the test, it means he failed the test. That's how it works. In any sport it is considered a violation and it is followed by a suspension.

On the other hand I don't trust VADA which is a private company not an independent international drug testing panel.

I don't think he gets suspended though as the test is part of the WBC clean boxing program that Joe signed up for. From what I gather, he can miss the test and still carry on as its not a major test or something like that.
