Stiverne is out of shape, hasn't fought in a long time, not a good fighter at all...................Ortiz should fight Wilder, but Wilder will not fight him, nor will he fight Klitschko, Joshua, Parker....................

Stiverne was dropped and managed to scrape by with a close UD against Rossy, he's done. We be crooks ranking him at #1 is a perfect example of why they've earned that nickname in boxing circles.

Makes sense (the fight). I'm sure all the top 10 can outbox Wilder ....it's just that Wilder always has that X factor for an out of the blue KO.

Yes, that's what makes Wilder so fun to watch, massive power with questionable technique, lol! I favor Parker in that fight, I hope it happens!

Let's see the unification but they are giving Parker as much time as he can squeeze out. Wilder will have to get in another fight inbetween, he's not waiting until September.

I will be pulling for Parker over Fury just because KiwiMan has him in his Av, and I'm a fan of KiwiMan I really don't care for either fighter. I think either man beats Wilder on points if they can stay at distance with their jab and avoid Wilder's power at all cost.

Any source/link of talks of the fight being in September? I actually red somewhere that it could be in May after Hughie in April should all go well.

"Barry said based on Parker's next fight being delayed from April 1 that it would be more likely that a Wilder fight would be in August or September."

    http://www.espn.in/boxing/story/_/i...deontay-wilder-joseph-parker-meet-unify-belts

"Originally planned for April 1, Fury's delay in signing meant that date was lost and Parker's trainer Kevin Barry told ESPN the fight was now likely to take place on May 6."

    http://www.nzherald.co.nz/sport/news/article.cfm?c_id=4&objectid=11807604

So there was a stealth edit of the first article. I saw it as well, it's no longer there in the original. I do believe this to be true.

Yeah thanks for that. September is way too long for either fighter. I red on your article Deontay mentioning a possible June, July date but it sounds uncertain. Yeah I misred the May part for thinking they meant another fight in May after Hughie.

I think Wilder will wait until Sep and take winner of Parker or Hughie. And I think WBC will allow that to happen (wilder not fighting mandatory in that time frame).
