Parker tried to go toe to toe and couldn't cut it.

Now he's given up and is just doing the standard ranging of a shorter fighter, like how he beat Takam.

Bodes badly for him beating a good tall fighter.

    Round 6

Ruiz starting to lunge now, hard one two from Parker, two fast left hooks from Parker, a few jabs and a hard straight right from Parker, Andy swings and misses, body shot from Ruiz, Ruiz winds up and Parker grabs and holds, they both open up and lands hard on each other in an exchange, Parker stuffing his jab in Ruiz's face.

    Parker 10-9 Closer

3-3 after six with Parker taking the last three. He's got his range locked in now which has taken away the advantage Ruiz had across the first three. There may be another twist in the tale but if there isn't this is a Parker win awaiting completion.

Parker is powderpuff. I am ever more convinced that Joshua walks straight through him.
