Yeah, I noticed that as well, needs more fleet footedness.

Would it be fair to say Parker has a better name on his record now than Wilder and Joshua?

I agree, at 24 and now in a mandatory position so it isn't all bad for Parker.

I think some are being harsh on Parker.

He needs to fight more top 15 opponents before facing Joshua.

Yes and he now has the experience of going through hell to get a win. Both mentioned can't say the same.

Yeah, maybe one or two, AJ hasn't got that much experience himself.

They just said on Sky they want AJ and Parker on the same bill in the UK in November to build the fight for early next year.

Joshua? Easily. Whyte may turn out good but as of yet is unproven.

Wilder? Stiverne is a similar level imo.

Despite this I think Joshua is the best fighter of the lot at the moment.

Better name but not sure I'd be confident picking tonight's Takam over Stiverne or Whyte, maybe Duhaupas.

Very solid win though and some are certainly being overly critical.

116-112 good fair cards. Were 3 rounds really could of gone either way but seeing as it was in NewZealand i presumed they would go Parkers way but if one of them deserved those particular points it was probably Parker.

I think Takem felt Parker has stinging power in all his quick hooks and straights very early in the fight and it was just enough to keep Takem from applying more pressure than he did when Parker was looking for a rest, had he applied that pressure he may of taken some of those middle rounds that Parker seemed to be taking off for a breather.

Parker did well whilst having some worrying signs at the same time. Takem must be horrible to fight against but that doesnt explain Parker looking tired quite early. If the Joshua fight came next for Parker i think he is in serious trouble, but saying that he came through a very tough task and wasnt exposed as some said he was guna be.

Yeah, I think Parker will be a better fighter after that.

Good scores. Parker is good, but he's definitely not beating the best unless he changes a lot. Pretty disappointing overall for Parker. Takam only lost due to poor activity.

It's definitely worth noting how young Parker is, but he's not young enough to excuse all of this.

    Joshua? Yes. He's beaten nobody.

Wilder? No. Stiverne is better and Wilder beat him much more cleanly.

Fair, Takam didn't really impress me tonight even though it was a good fight, Takam looked to have paced it very well at around 6-8 but just didn't put it on Parker.

yes possibly. but I have a SUSPICION that Whyte is underrated, he is not the most skilled but has devastating punching power. :good

Also, I have destroyed anyone who threatens my credibility or tries to defile the name of Jake LaMotta, many have challenged but all have missed.
