Why? That's dumb. To win in the NZ you need to literally dominate each round like Indongo did against Burns, or knock the guy out. Why risk your 0?

Then he should have won the purse bid and if not, never made the deal in the first place. Plus, it's his shot at a title against the seemingly most beatable titlist. You might never get another crack at it, and I hope he doesn't now.

 

Hard to defend team Fury in this one,even if i thought Hughie will be robbed in NZ.

 

Let's just chill and see why they pulled out. Stop jumping to conclusions before we know the facts.

 

Hughie wasn't ready for a step up like this anyway.

 

I knew it'd be off that's why I didn't comment a single time regarding this fight. Hughie was not going to go for it.

 

Was hyped for this and I was going with Fury getting the upset. **** Fury's.. Guy pulled out of AJ fight, then Wilder fight and now this.. They are becoming a joke!

 

Hughie has saved himself some embarrassment. Even though he has caused himself plenty in the process by not turning up.

 

I'm mad that the fight is cancelled. I usually like the Fury's when they aren't crazy, and if it sorts out that there's a reasonable explanation, I'll be glad to take it back. At the moment I'm pissed and not feeling reasonable so **** them

 

I hate when people say fury was going to get robbed in New Zealand... Parker had 2 close fights he beat takam in a close fight.. and he beat ruiz in a closer fight that could of been judged either way... neither fighter was robbed. the judging in newzealand is a lot better then these Bs scores we see on uk cards a lot of the time.

 

If you even entertained the idea that this fight was ever gonna take place, then I assume you are the same group of people who are gullible enough to think Shannon Briggs has any intention of fighting again
