Joshua was trying to negotiate for a fight to happen with Klitschko in December before it got postponed moron . Parker wasn't willing to wait so took the opportunity to fight ruiz for the WBO belt. Joshua wanted nothing to do with Parker. You are a clown, that no one takes seriously. You may as well quit this forum as you only serve as a metaphoric punchbag for other members to practice their jokes on.
What about Parker putting unification on the table and AJ going after old man Wlad? It works both ways, but in the end if it makes $$$ it makes sense. I kind of think Fury walking leaves the Bellew fight open to make
Parker didn't have to wait on anything. Joshua was only free to peruse Wlad because Parker relinquished his legal claim on the fight. The IBF are very strict when enforcing mandatories and Parker choosing Ruiz is the only reason he negotiated with Wlad Now you just revealed you have no understanding on mandatories on top of everything else. You literally know nothing.
That's a bit of a misrepresentation. Parker was keen for AJ and it seemed like a done deal but then Hearn started talking that the next fight will be Klitschko. Then the wbo title becomes vacant so Parker's team start down that avenue. Klitschko fight gets scheduled for a later date leaving the earlier date open again. Parker rightly went for the wbo title. It was Hearn messing Parker around that sent them down the wbo route.
If I was with team parker i would have insisted to have a guy on standby from the day it was signed. Surely someone must have thought of that?! Even if you assume everything will work out, you still would have a backup, right?!
No , Dean Loneagren said outright that Ruiz in NZ was the best option for Parker , which it was. They took an easier route to a world title. Whats the big deal? It is what is is.
You have no idea what you are talking about once again. They had a 9 month window before they had to be forced into putting a mandatory defence. During that time Parker was free, yet the first thing Joshua and hearns did after learning that all the belts were vacated was do his best to fight Klitschko and that was before anything was signed with Parker and Ruiz.
You are trying to rewrite history. That is a lie to say Klitschko was persued after Parker opted for the Ruiz fight.
Speedbaggage is right - thats exactLy how it happened. Why should Parker have had to wait for Joshua to make up his mind between Wlad and him, when he had two title shot options in front of him? Makes no sense.
