That would be a good fight actually, Dominic has just beaten Izu so there's a bit of a backstory to sell the fight.

Yep, and he's a tall and awkward fighter - but very beatable. No one can bag him for taking a soft touch (took AJ ~7 rounds from memory, and beat Izu).

I kinda hope this gets made!

Sure looks that way. When they announced it was an injury and didn't even specify what the injury was it only cast further doubt.

David Higgins from Parker's management company Duco is fuming Fury has pulled out of the fight and doubts the injury is legitimate.

"Since day one they didn't want to come to New Zealand.

"They fought the original negotiations then had to go to a purse bid and we won it and then elected to have the fight in New Zealand and then there were more fights over the contract negotiations. I just don't think they wanted to come here."

"There's probably a one in a billion chance there is an injury," Higgins said.

Team Fury is highly unprofessional. Between the ducking vs. Wlad and this awful pullout their entire team can't be trusted anymore.

Would you trust these guys to show up even if it is rescheduled?

    No way. Move on, Duco.

I'm gutted about this fight falling through, I was looking forward to Hughie getting a good hiding.

No chance Duco ever trust the Furys again. No chance.

I can now disclose the problem with Hughie's back ... they discovered a yellow streak running down it.

Additionally, Hughie has had a very acute flair-up of vaginitis.

Duco has been through a lot with Team Fury and I can imagine Higgins sweating on as to when Fury would finally enter the country. In the end Duco did not deliver.

The Furys are probably somewhere on the drink laughing their heads off. Laughing at how much Team Parker paid for the purse bid. Smoking weed and laughing at the book 'The Boy Who Cried Wolf'. Im guessing Parkers promoters Duco Sports are the real losers here.

    "Duco did not deliver" ??

    How so?

The Furys just didn't turn up. If they had have there would have been a title fight.

For Parker to win in the US especially Vegas the same theory applies. If Fury wanted a title fight he'd have accepted that. What little I know about the Fury's
leads me to believe Boxing would be better off WITHOUT THEM !!
