Joseph Parker vs Hughie Fury who wins & why?

Damn good fight. Not a total missmatch scenario like Joshua vs Ali.

50/50 fight. Leaning towards Hughie.

 

Look I know I mentioned 'winning' but it was never about winning despite my attempts to set it straight. Ive actually lost because I failed to make you see my point. I think you do see where Im coming from despite what you say. I also lost cos I got sucked in to trading unneccessary posts when I made my point ages ago and shouldve left it there.

I dont if youre having a bad day or you feel like 'the Parker fans' are trying to gang up on you and so your resort to insults and becoming difficult to reason with. We debated things before and youre usually quite civil. You dont normally mention 'useless...absurd' etc no matter how heavy our debates are. We usually come to understand each other. It seems youre not the same guy today.

Lool you obvisously didn't like what I said about Parker so you tried to be over technical. All of this was completely unneccesary from the start as I do not see you hold every poster to do this standard.

Lool anyway it's all good, it was actually fun and I still 'think' Parker is gunna beat Hughie on points and I still 'feel' that he will lose to the top 4 HWs on my list.

We are talking about a young, less tested prospect having the same chance of winning a belt against Parker who has a far superior resume, home advantage, heavier hands, faster hands, tested chin,....

 

Well, we will find out on May 8Th if this fight will happen.I think UKAD will ban both Furies on 8Th May or little bit later.

 

But also stamina issues, which I think may play in, hence my 7-5 style Parker win, of Fury can be evasive enough who knows!

 

Like both fighters.

Key questions for me:

1. Will Hughie be powerful enough to get Parkers respect?

Otherwise Parker can just steamroll him.

2. Even if Parker is a fast and powerful puncher will he get to Hughie often enough to knock him out?

I can se Parker connect here and there but Hughie is slippery.

 

Fred Kassi, whos probably Furys best opponent, lost to Kendrick Releford. It makes me wonder just how good is Hughie Fury. Takam was a game opponent against Povetkin, Ruiz was 29 and 0, is Furys highest achievement Kassi?

I think in fighting top 10 fighters (such as Takam and Ruiz) has put Parker in good stead for this fight. Obviously Fury will be another top 10 fight for Parker but I think it will be a first time Fury fights a top 10.

Like I said before, I respected your posts. Up till that post, I took all your posts as solid. I didnt take you as being like the others and you usually know how to trade posts without resorting to insults or diversion. Civil, fair, honest and classy is the standard I use to expect from you as a poster. Most Parker fans on here have those qualities.

Feel free to not take my posts as 'solid' anymore, it doesn't affect me in the slightest lol, as I said from the beginning my post about parker being top 5 behind the people I named cannot be proven true or false so i dont have to put a 'IMO' next to it.

 

You forget all the scraps with Tyson hes been having for decades.

 

Think I'm leaning toward Parker now. More proven for sure. Always thought Hughie looked the goods but he hasn't been able to showcase if he's actually improved at all.

 

They're both distinctly mediocre. Sorry Parker is slightly better than mediocre, he can put his punches together well at times and with good speed.
Hughie..is well mediocre, he's fought no one and couldn't crack an egg.
