I honestly think Parker beats Cooney, but I'm not sure about the rest...

 

Beats Mercer, who is fantastically overrated, lost to Ferguson 40+ Holmes, and almost lost to Ossie Occosio.

Probably loses to the absolute prime version of Cooney, but beats him anything post Holmes.

Similarly, maybe loses to Pinky on his best day, but it took Thomas a long time to get there, and didn't stay long before the heroin got him, so you have to give Parker a 7 out of 10 chance, here. Discipline matters.

Loses to Tua.

 

Loses to all 4. He is only a 6/4 favorite over Maurice Harris.
