    Pretty surprised no one is talking about this.

    It was a very good fight and Lopez, imo, won that by a couple of rounds.

    Vargas should be 15-2, not 17-0.

    Rematch!

    The HBO crew had no problem with it because Vargas had the workrate. Those punches were pittypats though, nothing hard and solid. Lopez should have taken that home, he didn't lose.

    Exactly. I thought Lopez was way more effective.

    The bad thing was that Lopez was just following him around the ring while Vargas, throwing pitty patter punches on his gloves, which swayed the judges to give it to him.

    He could have had that in the bag!

    It was a very close fight, I had it whoever won the 10th won the fight. Vargas eeked the round in my opinion. I thought Lopez was going to finish it after round 8, but he couldn't do it. Good fight that could have gone one point either way or even a draw.

    I had Vargas by a point. Lopez gave it away though.

    not that at anytime i would favor mma over boxing but to me jesse is not the future of boxing
